Hello everyone,

apart from the occasional bouts of vertigo I am not suffering from it all the time, but I was searching for weird adverse effects of the Covid vaccine and found this thread.

I had the first dose of Pfizer May 30th. No adverse reactions at all for the first four days, then I got hit with a 12 days continuous excruciating migraines! At the same time I got a posterior vitreous detachment, with large floaters that seemed like jello over my vision field that were so bad at times I couldn’t see clearly. Got sent to a retina specialist to check for retina detachment, thank goodness I was told there wasn’t.
It is five days now am experiencing horrible stomach problems, like acute gastritis and IBS at the same time. I sometimes have a sharp pain in my stomach right after food but for the most part my insides feel swollen to the maximum and burning.
I had an accident three months ago and broke my ankle and injured the other foot. Now the broken ankle foot got progressively worse after the vaccine, with burning pains and numbness and severe pain in the metatarsals, so much so that I cannot use my foot properly to walk and have to use crutches.
Not sure if all this is in anyway related to the vaccine but it seems like all hell broke loose after I had it. Sure makes me weary of having the second dose.

@burk3

My 2nd Pfizer shot was on January 18, 2021. My symptoms started suddenly sending me to ER on March 13, 2021. My family and friends have always joked about me having a superhuman immune system as I never get sick. I think my body was fighting the adverse reaction as best it could then was finally overwhelmed! So to mirror you, I too didn't have negative reaction right away.

yes! I feel like myself again. There is light at the end of this. My dizziness is gone not sure if it is because I have been taking all the supplements the Vestibular Specialist requested or my body finally felt better on its own.
my antibodies are going down after only having one vaccine so I will be taking the second one.
I will post how I feel.

Wow, haven't heard from you for months. I haven't tested my vaccine antibodies since they say there's an amazing secondary backup immunity system beyond the first line antibodies.

Nice for you to have gone from the company of the unlucky, to the lucky!

I'm not wanting to press my luck with anymore Covid vaccines! I hope yours holds for another go round with the vaccine! 😔🙏

No way Jose am I getting the third Pfizer or anything like it. Post three months and still fatigued, dizzy plus vertigo every friggin’ day, headache every day from mild to debilitating, taking excedrine daily which I hate, am irritable and depressed, people are stunned as to what appended to me and I feel I’m the protagonist in a horror movie. It’s gotta end. After three months post second dose, has anyone fully recovered??? Please answer “yes” honestly someone.

Are people believing you?  No one really believes me.  If I mention my symptoms and not the shot, they are much more caring.

Regarding the 'rocking boat' kind of vertigo... Did anyone else feel completely fine after getting up in the morning, but the symptoms only came back a few hours later?

Yes most people believe me I think. My husband who had the shots at the same time had the same reaction in the beginning , but he is much better than I. He believes as I do that the vaccine attacks our weak areas which for me are vestibular. He got dizzy but never a swimming or spinning vestibular issue. Also I get vestibular migraines and classic as well, which he doesn’t and hasn’t had them. Both type of migraines have increased. I also do more research on the side effects and have been in this forum nonstop since I joined on page 27. I have learned so much from fellow suffers and posts to links with more info. I’m just hoping I and we are not in for long-hauler symptoms.  I’m not as bad as I have been early on, but don’t want to live like this in the future. Lots of meditation and positive thinking really help and being able to learn and vent on this forum have been great thearpy. I’m now very interested in ivermectin and will try to find a doctor to take me once I’ll back in the states. It’s amazing the government didn’t start with that cheap proven drug. Just showed how powerful big pharma and as my mother would say “the all mighty” dollar are.

My side effects all involve my nerves --- firing off and lots of pressure.  Have you seen anything on what to do about nerve side effects?

I just started Ivermectin today!  I will let you know how it goes.

@heybro sorry don’t know about nerve stuff other than “jerking” in my legs when lying down. I know someone mentioned some type of syndrome in a post, prior to jerking starting.
Good luck on Invermectin. I’m sure many of us will be anxious to hear how it goes. I’m definitely going to try it and will ask my ENT to prescribe, but don’t know if he will.  Then will go to the list of docs some one posted if not.
