Hello how is everyone doing ? I promised myself I would come back on here once I was a bit better. I haven’t been on here for a weeks , has anyone had any improvement in symptoms?!
mine have gone almost 99% better physically, mentally different story but I’m just grateful things have calmed down.
after 3 weeks post vaccine I started doing VRT exercises at home every day twice a day for 2 weeks , I started dizzyfromvaccine regime daily for a week or so. I had dizziness n crossed vision daily amongst other symptoms but those were my worst. After a week of using the regime I started to talk my anxiety down try to accept it however long it took to heal it would and stop fighting it and to just accept my current state. I noticed I was getting worse symptoms when highly anxious googling etc all day! Then when I was distracted all my symptoms faded. So eventually I had a full few good days etc then kept on. I don’t no if it’s all the regime or it was my anxiety but I’m here to tell you it gets better ! Xx keep positive x
@sajlent are you feeling better now? Did you get those symptoms on your first dose or 2nd one? I was still thinking if non mRNA is safer.
I get symptoms two weeks after first dose.. not sure about second one because I'm not sure is that relapse of first dose or new wave of symptoms from second one..
I have bad heart palps last week and upper back pain with bad circulation and cold hands, also sharp pain in my stomach.. little dizziness are there for me all the time but is not something I think about because this other symptoms are much worst for me now.
Today I'm fine.. but you know, thats can be changed until tonight and thats why I hate when people around me ask how are I'm.. and force me to say I'm better. people expect linear progres like in all other medical problems and does not understand all this, so I always say.. No, I'm not. Eaven when I feel fine.
For bad circulation taking shower is only thing helped me and for upper back pain some horse gel and little massage of that area..
I don't want talk about vacc tech.. I don't know much about that.
@simplicity2378 exactly! I have weird brain fog symptoms, usually starts after eating bfast, an unusual feeling of being off, feeling run down, anxiety heightens (and yes i do wake up with already underlying anxiety almost everyday, worst tinnutus ever for a month now, never stops 24/7kind of a deal, saw an ent and said it is stress related) anyways, my brain fog is that i feel very disoriented; and just like @estonia symptoms mine also did come back with my period after feeling like myself for a week (i read infammation worsens during periods, what a time to be a woman). I feel pressure on my sinuses, tinnitus, have very low patience, heightened anxiety, i say things that i am not supposed to; i ruined my relationship with my boss because guess what? I said what was on my mind (a very professional version of f off in writing) once because my anxiety was unstoppable. This is sooo hard to manage. I have dofficulties remembering words, names, especially in my second and third languages. I feel like my brain wants to take a seat all the time and it is bot good because what i do required a lot of brain power and that alone makes me feel like OMG!!! Sorry for long post…
@medee Hi! The doc says that it will fade in time and we will most likely come out of it - it just takes a long time for most of us (6-8 months). It is also a new experience for them, my doc also told me that unfortunately it was not possible to know the long-term efects of the vaccines - now we have a hunch... My symptoms started to appear ~6 weeks after my 2nd Pfizer shot, including dizziness, nausea for several weeks (very annoying) with swollen lymph nodes and muscle pain, then came severe bloating, stomach aches, indigestion, loss of appetite (I have lost 13 kgs in the last months) for weeks as well, then rashes and ulcers in my mouth, swollen lymph nodes again... When I exerciesed I got fever two times as well... very high heart rate and blood pressure problems also appeared around a month ago with high anxiety and panic attacks out of the blue... Now, more than after 4 months from the 2nd jab, I still have an upset stomach, lymph node swelling (but just a bit fortunately), heart rate spikes coming in waves - although the other symptoms disappeared. I do not feel that depressed, so I hope all will disappear in the following month...

@fila85 hmmm... I see! Thanks for your reply. Seems like your and mine symptoms are not exactly similar but, the response from the doctor is. Though my doctor didn't mention 6-8 months, she did say it'll fade away with time. It's been so crazy, I am annoyed at myself for taking it since I wasn't in favour of it. Just took it out of pressure and here I am with tinnitus in both ears with pain and waiting for other symptoms to vanish too. Hoping to come out of it soon!
This is crazy! how can so many people have the same side effects after the vaccine, but its not the vaccines fault?!?!
after my first pfiser shot i felt great no issues atall. After the second i felt like i had been hit by a bus!
1st day extreme migraine
3 days later sickness whenever i drank any milk, like even in tea or coffee or cereal, extreme dissyness, like vertigo, sinuses tense, brain fog, total body weakness, no concentration atall , just wanted to sleep
i have a four year old so just going for a nap is impossible. i feel like my eye floaters are worse aswell. i did go to the eye doctor and she wasnt concerned for them
i honestly though i was a gonner! its been 10 days later i only started feeling better yesterday, i started taking vitamin D3 , no milk at all , paracetamol and ibuprofen
i still feel a bit out of it , can still feel tension in my sinuses and slight vertigo, but 100 times better.
i am lucky i am currently off work with a broken foot, coz i would not be bale to work at all. i could barley hold a conversation. was scary scary scary!!!

Time hasn't seemed to do anything. Has time actually helped anyone yet?
@charsen which vaccine did you get? I completely understand all this is exhausting dealing with a bad relapse episode myself right now. The worse symptoms for me is the dizziness(constant feeling of swaying) and the awful headaches that are non stop. I wish this would improve it’s been 3 months for me 😞
@simplicity2378 1st dose of Pfizer on 8/5 - iam 3 months in as well. Been Very exhausting 3 months, am also dealing with short term memory struggle (dont want to say loss) i get extremely careless when brain fog hits and definitely doubles my anxiety just having it. I have a toddler to look after at home as well. Am also a working mum. I feel so helpless probably like some of others here. I just hope this isnt the new me moving forward in life. Prayers for all whore going thru this difficult journey.
Am 4 months post second Pfizer jab. My symptoms are still very present - dizziness, brain fog, nausea etc but I am starting to have good days. I have noticed that the tinnitus, body aches and pins/needles have all decreased in severity. I’ve been taking countless supplements but the biggest healer has been time. I’m still nowhere near I was before the vax, but it is nice knowing I will eventually recover. I’m only 19 and I just want my life back.
Has anyone else developed bone pain/arthritis type pain after the vaccine?
As well as brainfog/affected vision, my old back pain has come back and I also have pain in my joints in my hands? Like an inflammatory reaction?
@tabby I also got Moderna back in Jan/Feb and have had issues since. My Dr put me on Propranolol to help with my heart rate and tremors. I take about 50 mg a day now. Started with 20 mg but has been increased. You're not alone!!!
