@medee hey Dee.So I was wondering today, if we take things to surprise the immune system ( prednisone) and etc. then why are we taking supplements to support it?? Just curious if anyone knows. I never took prednisone maybe I should have. Maybe I wouldn’t Be suffering this long. We are told that it’s an over reactive immune system 🤔
I've not taken it nor do I know what is the use of the tablet you mentioned.
Maybe someone else can help.
I’m only 9 weeks into this tinnitus nightmare and I know already if I can’t get this to resolve to a good degree, then I can’t see myself living the rest of my life like this. I’ve read so many stories on here that peoples’ symptoms have all resolved except for the tinnitus. What a horrible nightmare these vaccines have thrown us into.

Hi, This whole situation is really unacceptable. Please realize with tinnitus that the initial months seem to be the most challenging. I have heard of a number of people's tinnitus from the vaccine going away after a certain period of time, but in your case even if it didn't totally go away, the brain tends to adapt to it and it becomes much less noticeable with time. Right now though it is surely very hard to deal with. Hope you can perhaps get outside, maybe for walks, as sometimes outside it is less noticeable. Some minerals that could possibly help a bit include magnesium and zinc that could be obtained through foods such as pumpkin seeds or from supplements. Hope it will resolve or improve for you soon but sometimes these things take a lot longer than we would like.

I did take prednisone but I was a little late to take it.
I believe prednisone should be used as early as possible. Why? Because:
I believe what we are going through is temprorary but some of the symptoms have the potential to leave some permanent damage to our body. (e.g vestibular problems, osteoperosis...). So most of the time the pain and burning sensation we are feeling is inflammation damaging our body. If you let it run uncontrolled there might be some irreversible damage. So it is a risk not to use cortisone when you need it. Of course there might be short term and long term side effects of cortisone use too.
Why do we use supplements? I dont know what kind of supplements you use but most of the supplements I use are for spike detox, mast cell inhibation and anti inflammation. Most important one being D3k2 + sun bathing. I cant emphisase the importance of sunbathing. Vitamin D does not make you immune system stronger It regulates your immune system. In the absence of vit d your immune system may cause havoc even in the presence of some unimportant foreign stuff (e.g pollen, spike protein) in your body
There are two guides here explaining which supplements shoud be used and why.

Has anyone here heard of Flow Cytometry?
The person who did this had IgG to SPike increased to 2000AU/ml across 5 months. ah ok She was a research patient. Not available for public.
As far as I understood they laser the S1 from your cells out of your blood. BUt I did not understand anything.
In March retest showed no S1 (Spike) in her non-classical monocytes.
Did you already did this EBOO? or are you planning to do it in near future?
In case you did it already, did it help you to improve?
Many Thanks
@asanders thank you for your reply. I take multivitamin, C, D&K,B12,omega3, B complex, potassium and magnesium and a liquid minerals. And I put olive leaf drops in my water. I have also been taken homeopathy remedies for months. I’m trying my best to get better but am still suffering. The worst is the weight loss and insomnia. I pray we all get better soon.
@sara90 Thanks for the update. It's so nice to read that people actually recover after a long time. Good luck to you.
@nresearcher Thank you so much for the kind words of support and encouragement. Some days it's bearable, other days it just gets on top of me. The thought of this not resolving throws me into high anxiety mode. I know that doesn't help anything, and probably exacerbates my tinnitus. I've stopped doing things I enjoy (playing electric guitar, going out with friends, etc.) because I don't know the extent of any damage to my auditory system and don't want to risk making the tinnitus worse. I'm a few years from retirement and fear that my golden years have been tarnished by this great failure of medicine and government.

If you were to say . What are the most important supplements to take say the top 5 or so ?
Hello everyone,
I am a long hauler and I want to give you all an update / good news. I took my one and only Pfizer dose on June 2020, I am almost 10 months in. I started feeling some normality in February. Most of my side effects have subsided except for the loss of taste & smell, the mild head pressure and eye floaters. I am doing SO much better and have been back to work this month after being on extended sick leave for 6 months. I can now socialize, work, exercise (I really missed exercising) and travel. I have done so many tests: 1 brain CT scan, 2 brain MRI’s, Spine MRI, EEG, ECG, multiple eye scans/tests, VEP test, hearing tests, 4 blood tests, Xrays, Heart ultrasound, Breast ultrasound, Mammography...
All of my tests have been normal. The Audiologist has mentioned something about my Eustachian tubes not closing properly so maybe that’s what caused the loss of taste and smell & ear pressure. All of the physicians I have consulted have been useless…I had to fight to get my exemption after being diagnosed with a Pericarditis in November, thankfully I’ve been exempted because the vaccine is mandated by my employer.
The supplements I have been taking are Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and lots of turmeric-ginger shots and teas. The one thing that I think has helped me the most with the healing process is Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. I’ve done 5 sessions in January and started feeling better right after. I also had a few wet cupping sessions that I think has helped with getting rid of the toxic blood. I’ve spent at least 2000$ or more on therapies and treatments. I’ve only been following up regularly with my Naturopath, Osteopath & Neurologist.
Overall I’d say I’m 90% back to normal, I can finally start living. This experience has been the MOST traumatic thing I have ever been through…I still get emotional when I think about it and it’s going to take me a very long time to get over it. Hang in there everyone, have faith in God and stay positive…you will get better 😊. I also want to point out that my Neurologist has mentioned that it takes up to 18 months for our organs/body to regenerate.
See below my side effects with timeline :
June
-Nausea, loss of appetite (subsided in July)
- Partial loss of taste and smell (still ocurring)
-Heart palpitation, irregular heartbeats, sharp chest pains, heart flutters (was diagnosed with severe pericarditis in November, was given anti inflammatory meds for 3 months. Heart issues subsided in January).
- Numbness in legs, arms, face, head (subsided in December)
- Sound sensitivity (subsided in July)
- clogged ears (better but slightly blocked on my left side)
August
-Dry eyes, eye pain, photophobia, blurry vision, eye floaters (all subsided except for the floaters)
-Twitches all over my body (mostly subsided but I get occasional twitches on my right eye)
-Severe neck pain (subsided in January)
- Strong pulsating feeling in the back of my head and my the bottom of my spine (subsided in December)
-Head pressure and ear pressure on the left side of my head with an electric feeling coming down the left side of my body (almost subsided, I get the head pressures maybe twice a week and they are mild)
- Body vibrations (subsided in January)
-Severe headaches and head pains, felt like my head was going to explode at times (subsided in February)
December
-Swollen eyelid/droppy eyelids (subsided in February)
-Severe joint pain in my left hand and knee – I couldn’t move my fingers.. (subsided in February)
95/100
5 less for the typo!👩🏫

Prednisone is synthetic cortison and it surpresses the immunesystem and it strongly anti-inflammatory.
But you can not take it for too long. Because it has many sideeffects. But some people do this.
An you have to take it in the beginning when the inflammation is severe.
I took it after around 2 weeks for 10 days (5mg) and it helped me very much with my headache, pressure/pain on the temples. But then I stopped it. You can also no stop it immediately, youhave to slowly stop it. with lower dose and so on.
It helped me at least that my headache was gone and the pressure/pain on the temples also.
So no idea why it is not used that often, especially in the beginning of the severe syptoms. I even read people take it for a longer tme, like 2x 2weeks or so and they are happy to have done this. ut really hard to say, why many doctors get mad a cortison.
The supplement with support for the immunesystem also make in my opinion sence, because many of them are also Spike Detox and anti-inflammatory gredients:
like Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zink, Magnesium, NAC,...
Some of them support your immunesystem, but at the same time bring it into more balance.
Anyone here with creaky bones and joints ? Did it go away ?
It's really weird. I had terrible initial effects after my 2nd vax (chest pain, neuropathy, dizziness, tinnitus) that gradually resolved over 2-3 months.
Now, at month 4, most of that is gone. But I've started noticing a new crunching sound when I move my neck and shoulders. I think a few others here have also mentioned something similar. Only thing I can think is that recently I've started trying a bit of alcohol and sugar again. I'm going to go back to really watching my diet and see if it makes any difference.
We're your symptoms debilitating at all so far mine somewhat mild ? Any GI issues ? What did you do or take ? I am coming up to week 10 haven't taken much.
Glad to hear your symptoms are mostly mild. Hopefully they'll start to disappear with a bit more time.
My symptoms were debilitating and at their worst from about week 4 - week 8. I couldn't do much except work at my desk (even this was a challenge due to brain fog, dizziness and anxiety) and lie on the couch for hours. I had zero energy and almost no appetite. A couple of times I experienced severe reactions to foods that had never been a problem before... like cheese and yogurt. Intense cramps and nausea for a couple of days afterwards. That's when I realized I needed to cut out all high-histamine foods. It has definitely helped.
I have no idea if this is related, but I started on a few supplements around week 7-8 and began slowly starting to feel better. Based on what I've read from this forum and others, I began taking NAC, Quercetin and Vit C and D on a daily basis. Again, I can't say whether these helped, but in general, by about week 12 I could say I was feeling more like myself.
I do think diet has been a really important factor. I'm still not back to a normal activity level but I am committed to stick to a low histamine / no alcohol / low sugar diet.
@good-kitty: Thank you for sharing your recovery story. What was the level of your tinnitus and has that completely resolved or only partially? Thank you.
Hi guys? Is it OK to have botox while being a LH? Any thoughts? I have an appointment in 2 weeks but I am thinking of canceling it..
