I am an 81 year old female who started getting dizzy shortly after my 2nd COVID vaccine. I ended up in the ER because the waves of dizzyiness were so debilitating that I could not function very well. Spent a lot of time sitting or lying down. Have had countless tests including brain scan, heart test, Xray, blood, urine, sugar,. Sent to a neurologist who put me on meclazine. Suggested an ENT and PT to help with dizziness. ENT could find nothing wrong with my inner ears. I got some relief from a chiropractor and gradually the symptoms decreased. However a few weeks ago after a fall I had they have gotten worse again. General practitioner suggested that I take my prozac in the evenings since I was taking them in the mornings and felt dizzy after I took them. psychiatric NP told me to take 1/2 tablet of wellbutrin in the mornings instead of a whole one. After two weeks my symptoms are not any better. The condition I have has been going on for a year and 1/2.  My balance is getting worse and I have to walk very slowly and carefully. I am depressed and don't want to be sociable right now.
