I started getting infrequent vestibular migraines 4 1/2 years back. Once they were diagnosed they weren't as scary, and i used diet to stop them. But i went through 6 months worth of frequent VM episodes during a stressful part of the covid years.

Diet and stress reduction helped, but so did nutritional supplements. I'm continuing on these diet and supplement steps indefinitely to help prevent future problems. Thankfully, its been 8 months with no episodes.

At first i was focused on tyramine, but a VM that came after binging on a box of strawberries showed me that I'm also sensitive to histamine.

In addition to eliminating the problem foods, I've been taking:

magnesium glycinate

magnesium threonate

solgar quercetin complex

seeking Health probiota histaminX

NAC

I'm also taking D3 but i don't think it related. I was taking CoQ10 and B Complex but when i stopped taking them i saw no difference. Still, maybe that's because I'm doing well at this point.

My doc called magnesium glycinate the workhorse here. It hard to take that much without lots of fiber and a probiotic. This probiotic doesn't produce histamine. That's important.

  1. Determine and avoid your triggers — stress, certain foods or not enough sleep.
  2. Take supplements, such as riboflavin or magnesium.
  3. Take over-the-counter or prescription drugs to reduce pain or prevent headaches.
  4. Magnesium, Riboflavin, CoQ10, Ginger. Feverfew, Vitamin D, L-lysine, Gingko Biloba, and Lemon Bioflavonoid are some of the supplements which, depending on your condition and treatment plan, may be helpful. for more ...

Since vestibular migraine is a nervous system problem that causes repeated dizziness (or vertigo) in people with a history of migraine symptoms, I would suggest focusing on taking care of your nervous system first and foremost. If you are looking for supplements specifically, check out healthcanal.com/health/testoprime-review. I would also recommend practices such as cold showers, meditation, Heartmath, supporting the sleeping cycle, adaptogens, exercise, and acupuncture. These will help you heal and nourish your nervous system.

You are right, The best solution to fight with migraines is to avoid its triggers. I also was having migraines, and I found out because I was going to often to th gym, without getting enough protein and calories. I had several migraines, and after I have found out what was causing the migraines and I started to go to the gym rarely, adnt he problem disappeared. I have solved this problems by getting supplements from purerawz.co. I started to have more energy and protein in my body and I was able to go to the gym with the old regime.

https://vitamintree.ca/"}{"1":542 }">The correct nutrients and drugs, coupled with a healthy diet, are thought by many medical specialists to have the ability to treat migraines. Additionally, I have vestibular migraine. When I started to have problems with it, I sought medical advice from my friend. He created a diet plan for me and also gave me advice on certain supplements at the same time. I followed some supplements with this diet like Magnesium Riboflavin, Omega 3, Melatonin, VitaminD3, etc. Afterward, I added more ginger to my diet. The owner of a supplement store close by gave me the idea to use ginger. All of these things are advantageous to me. I often feel calm.
