@dgingoglia but would be good if we could figure out some commonality for sure.  I am definitely better than I was but still have some lingering ongoing muscle twitches, and this is 6 months after the first shot.  I am hoping this isn't indicative of a long term health issue.  Very interesting there are so many people here reporting similar issues.  I do hope you have a full & speedy recovery!

@katheriner33 My symptoms have been a little different than yours but I have noticed they tend to come & go.  I'm 6 months after my first shot (too scared to get the 2nd) and I am definitely better than I was the first few weeks....but still have some ongoing muscle twitching and just "weird" muscle/nerve feelings.  I agree there is some comfort finding other people that have similar issues.  It's all very concerning.  I hope your symptoms also continue to improve!

Hey guys, I see a lot of you talking about B12 and vitamin D deficiency but I was wondering what about Folate (B9) deficiency? I have very low folic acids levels, will start some supplements tomorrow and see how things go.

@katheriner33 A x-ray is not going to show a pinched nerve. An MRI would be more useful for that also an emg

@biancax08

I think sfn is associated with pain more than numbness - I’ve had a few strange symptoms since 2nd moderna including numb feet and feelings of weakness in legs, tightness in knees and calves plus motor deficit in left foot. This began 3 weeks after second jabs Two neurologists specialising in peripheral nerves are adamant it’s not sfn, with second saying it’s coming from back and not related to vaccine. Also feeling fatigued but that’s not helped by anxiety. I suspect your issue most probably isn’t sfn

Has anyone noticed if the symptoms seem worse before your period or during?

@jessclaire did you have tremors? Or any sounds in your ears? Trouble with heart at night? I’m 20 days out and still have tingling and twitching…headaches here and there. Insomnia!
