@nat21 got my reports yesterday and spoke with the Doctor today. Seems like I am deficient on Vitamin D. Though I have been asked to continue B12 supplements and Gabapin NT 100 for few more days. Also have prescribed Vitamin D supplements.

I am trying to keep myself as calm as I can. I think it is the only way out of this. Everyone needs to see a doctor who can instill a bit of confidence in them and make them feel that things will be back on track soon. This is very important. Only a doctor can bring back the confidence in the patient that they'll be fine soon else we end-up overthinking and ruining our health all the more. Especially in such a case like ours, it's crucial.

I have got in touch with many doctors so far. Some online, some on a call and tried getting information from Doctors through contacts (Friend's relatives etc.), all of them said the same thing - It will go with time. Some agreed that it is a rare side effect and some shrugged it off.

I'm glad you're feeling better. My ringing ear is making me crazy and I've been asked to see an ENT. I am still unsure if this goes off on its own or visiting a specialist is required. I feel sometimes, I've reached a point where I don't even know if my ear is ringing or is it me overthinking it as I have been constantly aleart since past 3 days.

If I plan to visit, I will share what they have to say. Though I am still hoping it to go off on its own.

I'm glad I found this forum so I know it's not just me going crazy with these symptoms! It's been nearly 7 weeks since my 2nd Pfizer jab but I'm still feeling adverse side effects. They started straight away with short sharp pin pricks randomly in my limbs, body and eyes which lasted 3-4 days (although still getting the odd one randomly). Since then I've been feeling numbness, pins & needles in my hands, feet and mouth, weak & uncoordinated arms, feeling of skin crawling and feeling unbalanced when walking. I saw my backup Dr the day after my 2nd jab and he hadn't heard of these symptoms. I saw my usual Dr a week later and he said it could be neuritis and sent me to a Neurologist for a conductivity test. Interestingly the nurse carrying out the test said she'd tested 4 others with the same symptoms after Pfizer! Apart from detecting slower leg response the Neurologist wasn't concerned but orderered an MRI to check if any spine/brain inflammation. That came back clear apparently but I'm still getting symptoms.  I've since found this medical study https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34480607/ which mirrors many of my symptoms which I'm going to raise with my Dr and see what he thinks. Regardless I urge you all to report these symptoms to the Government Authorities & Pfizer as our voices need to be heard.........it's not a coincidence!  Wishing you all a speedy recovery!

@jenniferc like you, i'm also concerned i might have ALS so it was reassuring to read your post. I'm 6 months in with this nightmare which started with brain fog, near-fainting spells, and other issues, and have now developed in to muscle twitching and weakness in lower legs and issues swallowing. I have to wait until Jan 13 to see a neurologist. How are your symptoms now?

I am now 5 days post my 2nd dose of Pfizer and my symptoms haven’t  gotten any worse - still Burning in palms of hands and soles of feet from the first dose. The second dose hasn’t caused a flare up or any change at all really.

@punkntank Do you mean you had 2 shots on the same day? Why?

Just got home from my neurologist Appt. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder (I already knew I had an anxiety disorder from a previous diagnosis years back) & given a prescription for Lexapro.

My doctor did a few minor tests on me for the numbness but definitely dismissed my issues as anything to do with the vaccine. Very frustrating. Idk where to go from here.

He dis tell me it was absolutely not MS or something too serious.

Hello,

I also had itching, numbness, tingling 2 weeks after 1st shot Pfizer which lasted for 10 days. As I am pregnant I am very scared to proceed with 2nd dose... and also very scared if I get sick with COVID...

I also found this recent update from EMA, hope it will be usefull: https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/documents/covid-19-vaccine-safety-update/covid-19-vaccine-safety-update-comirnaty-6-october-2021_en.pdf

"PRAC concluded that paraesthesia (unusual feeling in the skin, such as tingling or a crawling sensation) and hypoesthesia (decreased feeling or
sensitivity in the skin) should be added to the product information as side effects of Comirnaty.
This conclusion was based on a total of 21,793 paraesthesia and/or hypoesthesia cases spontaneously reported worldwide to EudraVigilance
(see section 2) by 12 August 2021 (around 1,220 million doses of Comirnaty were estimated to have been administered worldwide by 31
August 2021)"

Hope, everyone will get better with the symptoms!
