I feel like I’m gonna try the naturopathic idea a few pages back. Their was a link for 7 different remedies along with supplements. Some of the stuff targets the spike protein and that graphene oxide garbage. Also one guy mentioned about drinking tea to help through Covid and if it’s respiratory issues that might make sense. I’m not big on hot beverages but anythings fair game besides coffee now

Hi all,

been looking over this for a while now and decided to post, been a terrible 2.5 months for me nearly every symptom listed on here I have, my worst is the severe chest pains palpating/feeling bubbling and heart rate spike then follows dizziness and fainting feeling recently found out worse with exertion but with only light walk for about 5 mins! anyone had these symptoms? Talked to countless doctors no one seems to think it’s to do with vaccine but I was able to work and workout before!

I'm over 6 months from having gotten my first (and last!) Moderna vaccine and thankfully I've mostly recovered!

Up to now, none of the numerous medical providers I've seen have correlated my post-vaccine (mostly) vestibular issues with my vaccination, except the APRN I initially saw at a low cost clinic who recorded a diagnosis of vaccine related illness in my chart.

This week I received a call from the ENT's office that had seen me at 2 months and 3.5 months post-vaccine. I was called because a prior authorization for a sinus CT had finally been granted by my health insurance company after 3 months of trying for its approval. I was told it taking so long was related to the fact that the ENT hadn't given me a diagnosis. I explained that I believed my issues to be the result of my Covid vaccine, and I still have some sinus pressure on weather-changing days, but I wish to wait a full year to fully recover from my vaccine before doing this test that they intended to do prior to deciding whether or not to recommend sinus surgery.

The person calling me told me that an incredible number of people had showed up at their ENT office this summer with complaints of dizziness (following Covid vaccination). She said in light of what she's seen happening for some, she was glad she'd decided not to get the Covid vaccines but she is concerned for her relatives that had gotten vaccinated. She said two of her coworkers were also affected and she exclaimed, "And they're not even old; they're in their twenties!"

Aha, I'm retired and a bit over 65, so I'm guessing my unspoken diagnosis is, "Old". Nonetheless, I'm glad that someone in the medical professions in my community is seeing this - and isn't afraid to say so!

I made an appointment for my eyes to be tested today and I explained to the receptionist that I was getting vestibular symptoms after the vaccines. She said she knows of many of people who had complained about  side effects, she wasn't specific but she said the vax seemed to be stirring up various illnesses among people. 😏

So, I got this done and everything was OK, just need stronger glasses. I'm mentioning this because my vision has definitely deteriorated since both vaccines, blurry and difficulty focussing (he entered this on my records without questioning it) and I was a little worried that something would be picked up. Just relieved nothing was. Best wishes all.🙏😊

@mandy211 hi I also take meds for my anxiety, but after the vaccine, my anxiety has been almost unmanageable. I’ve had to increase my dose, while contending with dizziness. It’s really difficult but it’s helped for me to remind myself I’m experiencing anxiety like I never have before and to breathe through it. Probably not much help, except you’re not alone!

Did anyone start getting some weird feeling in their throat after a couple of weeks? I took a melatonin to help me sleep and it’s been bothering me ever since. It feels like there’s something blocking the left side of my throat and I’m not sure if it’s closing or if it’s an allergic reaction to something and it’s not going away. My BP, Heart Rate, and O2 stay the same I just want this shit gone.

@apollo Did you ever have your blood drawn and sent in? If so, did you learn anything worth mentioning? I considered the long hauler test before deciding I didn't want to pay for it. Ive given up on the idea that I can be treated so I figured the test wasn't worth it. I'm still curious to know how you are doing and if you learned anything!

@anotherone92 would you mind sharing the reddit link? I've noticed that a lot of comments and threads are being removed but would love to see anything you've seen.

Look at this, especially you guys from europe:

https://www.openpetition.de/petition/online/funding-for-bc-007-drug-against-long-covid-and-cfs-me

This drug will undergo clinical trial hopefully this year. It neutralizes the long covid associated autoantibodies and cured already some people suffering from long covid in first tries. I really hope for all of us that this will be our solution.

@pfizervictim Now I'm OK, yes. I tried to pick up where I left off (gym/swim) a month or two in and I didn't have the energy. It was a bit of learning curve for me as I didn't want to let it affect me and my usual routines but my body was telling me to slow down. At the time, I could only do half my usual swim session and had a lot of 'shaking' (muscle fatigue??) afterwards. I slowly built it back up and rested a lot during my sessions which seemed to help, along with what has been a slow recovery.

I'm more or less back to normal and not fatigues like I was before which is huge progress. Hope you get back to some sort of normal soon too.

@callie Sorry to hear you still have symptoms. I developed eye floaters around a month or so after my first symptoms started and only now do I think they are slowly disappearing - or at least some of them are. I had them quite badly for around 3 months or so. I saw an opthamologist about my eye issues, mentioned the eye floaters and wasn't given any official reason for them.

Totally understand the anxiety when symptoms keep piling on and doctors aren't being the most helpful. If you have any testing lined up, that may help to ease your mind when they come back clear. My summer was effectively wiped out because of this and it's hard to see recovery when you are in the middle of it. I know everyone recovers differently and at different speeds but try to remain positive and don't put too much pressure on yourself. It just seems that this is something that is months-long rather than weeks.

Positive optimistic update!!

I posted on September 8 https://vestibular.org/forum/postid/12262/

I have improved very much since intermittent fasting and going on strict keto diet. I was actually able to run 4 miles last week and have a lot more energy! My twitching is also almost gone. The only thing still lingering is vertigo and occasional subtle earache. But it’s been only 2 weeks that I started intermittent fasting (I do at least 18-20 hr fasts) so I know that my body will continue to improve. I also incorporate yoga stretches/exercises for the nervous system and breathing exercises. I’ve also been keeping up with my vitamin supplements.  I really feel I am getting better. Doctor never got back to me on my blood work but I don’t care I am am not going to rely on doctors and am healing myself! I hope this gives some of you hope. God bless

@psargie hello, that’s good news to hear some of your floaters are disappearing. My summer has been wiped out as well since I got the dose beginning of July and like you say it’s just hard to see a recovery when you’re in the middle of it and symptoms keep piling but have to hang in there and hope things improve. Thank you for your kind reply! Can I also ask if you had any problems sleeping? I’ve been having insomnia every since I took the vaccine.

@callie I am suffering from insomnia as well (started 2 weeks after my second pfizer shot, so far it has been going 4 weeks), how do you cope with it? Has it gotten better over time?
