Hello everyone, I have been approximately 7 months since the first dose and 4 months since the second dose of aztrazeneca, I feel that I have improved but it is for periods, it still costs me a bit to work because my day is 10 hours, but the first 5 hours they are bearable, I get very tired, on Saturdays I go to see my acupuncturist doctor, I feel that he gives me peace, Saturdays are a success for me, I feel 70%, however during the week some things are difficult for me, I have found some relationship between tiredness and dizziness maybe that's why on weekends I feel better.

Today I had a mini walk to a river, I took a bus for about 30 minutes, I was afraid of getting more dizzy, but it didn't.

When I came back from the river in the afternoon I slept a little, when I woke up I was very scared and my dizziness came back, although I have been able to bear it since I am here at the computer writing this.

Has anyone found a cure for these dizziness?

@tone you have to do what’s best for you, there is a lot of natural things out there to try. The no sleep is literally killing me. I can’t tell if I’m dizzy or dizzy from the no sleep.  Hopefully it will resolve soon for you. I heard that it’s best to take Melatonin that is time release so it stays in the system longer. Just FYI.

Nothing work for you? Hope you find some resolution soon . Sending  prayers.

@medee hi Dee, I know this is a dumb question but what should the spike protein number get down too ?

Almost close to zero per my reports. 0.8 is what it shows to coke to a NIL report.

Again the ranges depend from country to country and lab to lab. Can't comment.

@medee

What is this Covid spike protein test report called exactly? Maybe I can do them too.

Yeah it is very confusing that you have after 6 months still 5k, and your mother "only" 3k.

I was also thinking what happens, when the body keeps producing spike proteins becaue the vacc was "wrongly" designed.

So actually we should all do this Covid spike protein test every 1-2 months to see how the numbers change.

I also read yesterday in the facebook long haulers group that a woman wrote that her numbers went first month down and the next month again up, nearly to the numbers of the first month.

And She was also confused and thinking about maybe her body was making spike again.

If the body really does make spike again on and on, then this is the most scary news in my opinion.

Interesting to see this thread still going strong.. I guess when you feel like there has to be something that can be done or improved, you are going to look for it no matter what. Well, having had symptoms for 8 months now and having had my life turned upside down because of it, I can relate. Truth is, sometimes you have those days where you go.. why me (right)? And I guess the days where you feel that there is nothing you can do, those days feeling hopeless take their toll.. Ive tried all kinds of things and read different explanations why this might be happening to some of us, explanations and solutions vary but I am quite certain right now that its just smoke and mirrors, people trying to look for explanations where there at least are none. People advocate stuff from drinking celery juice to taking all the supplements in the world and for what? Most individuals if they heal, do it with time, for others, at best, its not going to do anything or if you are not lucky, its just going to make things worse (as was my case). So there was this theory that if you get covid after the vaxx, that might solve things.. Well, tough luck for me I guess, got covid but now on top of the dizziness and brain fog, I have other long covid symptoms as well..

So my advice would be, just try to ride it out. It will not help if you try to ingest all the chemical elements that the periodic table has. Also going on strict diets may just exacerbate the situation, because it just creates more stress..

I know, gloomy monday, but today, it just feels that some of us seem to be unlucky and there is no real good explanation to why that is..

I hope not! I'm already worried.

I don't know what exactly it'd be called nu each lab. I guess the name would slightly differ, maybe.

On my report it show (Covid SARS this is written slightly different) Spike antibodies quantitative.

I checked with my doctor, he said, the range will differ frok person to person depending on immunity, age etc. So that's why both of our count is different.

What I didn't understand is, would strong immune system means less antibodies or vice versa.

I know my immune isn't that great at my home. Others though weak, are better physically.

I'm assuming low immunity has lead to antibodies fading away slowly. I mean, that's what my guess is.

yeah  sounds also right, to match it with the immunity level and the slow fading of the antibodies. I guess I have to do his test too. I will call my labor today and see f they do this test.

Just ask them you need to check for spike protein. Remember there are different tests for Covid antibodies. Last time, I'd done for C antibodies and then checked with someone from the forun who'd already done these tests in the past. I was informed the test I've done is different and they'd done a spike protein test.

So now I have both C antibody test and spike test. There might be few more with similar names denoting some other parameter but, I don't have much knowledge over it.

Best is to check with them and ask them what kinda tests you can do. Like I said, I did two separate tests. One was towards the start of the month for C antibodies and the one I did now was for the spike.

@pcmn

sorry for your problems and especially after catching Covid to have more problems. There are indeed some people who get even better after getting Covid.

What are all of your symptoms right now, when I may ask?
