Update...I'm now going into my 7th week post 2nd Pfizer jab and vertigo symptoms have not let up. My BP remains ridiculously low. I've had a trip into hospital after an svt episode. I am struggling to function now and almost wait for it to hit me most days. I've forgotten what normal feels.. I've been prescribed stemitil for the vertigo but not recommended to be taken long term but without it, I could not cope. In addition to vertigo, I have diarrhea that comes and goes. Doctors don't know what to do with me and I seem to be getting passed around between GP and cardiologist who just pass the buck along. Leg pain has eased but comes and goes. I have no appetite what so ever and when I do eat, it causes an adrenalin surge that makes my heart race. So over myself. I can't seem to see this getting better!! 😔
@debbiebeed Same. Almost identical! I hadn't had a Meniere's episode in 22 years and I had instant tinnitus and imbalance with 1st jab, but it was gone by morning. With the 2nd, it took a few days...It didn't feel like full Menere's, more like what I used to call "Mini Meniere's" and I just figured it was fine because I just sat on the bed for a few days.
I had the 3rd on Oct 7 (15 weeks after 2nd which I believe is a factor) and I'm still on my ass! 😉 I'm a bit better, but frankly, not much. My spinning vertigo has evolved into me walking fine and falling over the second I stop. I have this strange feeling I'm going to black out often, feels very much like low blood pressure which I last had....ready?....can you guess?...when I had Meniere's 22 years ago!
I saw an opthamologist yesterday about the eye probs I've had since May (vaccine?) and she said: "While that's not my department, I don't think there's any question that the vaccine triggered your Meniere's...."
I was shocked! She just shrugged, gave me a knowing look and went back to typing.
I'm just trying to take it day by day. I feel your pain - I rally do! Please let us know how you're doing.

I got my 1st Pfizer vaccine on 3/19/21 and my second on 4/9/21. I am a 53 year old man who was in pretty good health. I exercise everyday either cardio or strength training. I m a safety manager for a construction company so I do alot of walking. On 4/14/21 I ended up at urgent care, the weeks following I ended up with shooting pain in my feet and legs. The doctor thought it was Vitamin B12 deficiency. So i started taking vitamin B12. The pain continued and started getting worse. The Doctor sent me to see a neurologist. He asked me to do some blood work and and MRI then scheduled me for another visit a month later. I went to the ER twice and they did absolutely nothing for me since I was working with the Neurologist. After my second appt he said I need to see a rheumatologist because my Rheumatoid factor is high. I have never been told I had RA. I can barely walk, my legs are weak. I had to buy a walker because I have no balance. I have lost 44 pounds since May without trying, mostly muscle. I have sent my paperwork and referrals to approx. 20 different doctors from Las Vegas to California and Arizona. No one has an appointment available until Jan-March 2022. i finally found a Dr who was doing Phone visits she had me do tons of blood work and I will be talking to her on 11/30. It feels like I'm dying a little at a time. So much pain. I can't believe they are not doing more to help people with adverse reaction to a vaccine they are making people get. I had to do lots of research just to find this blog. I don't hear them talking about this on TV nor is it found with a search engine.
I did not put the two together until I wrote down all my appointments and covid shot dates.
@judis I’m sorry to hear the booster caused your symptoms to reappear. I’ve been wondering how will I get a booster, I don’t want to be unprotected. I have an appointment this Thursday with an immunologist to discuss. I’ll be sharing your story as an example, along other examples.
I will let you know that I started recovering from my symptoms caused by the 2 jabs when I increased my water intake; increased my sodium; drank half a bottle every morning of Pedilyte, started taking a multivitamin with Zinc; D3 and B12. I also bought a rowing machine and started with 5 minutes a day; increasing over time until I could walk again.
BTW I was diagnosed with POTS that my doctors believe came on from the vaccine. POTS will cause you to be dizzy due to blood pressure being to low when standing or walking around.
Lastly, I really hope the onset of your symptoms is short-lived and you improve quickly!
I am new to this forum. I have had both doses of Phizer plus the booster. I have also had Covid twice. I have had all the symptoms everyone us describing. Another issue I have is a twitching in my head and neck. Does anyone else have this problem. Would be grateful for any reply.
I had first shot back in March and had pins and needles of the same arm the shot was administered for 4 months, I had bloody mucus from the left nostril that was completely abnormal, I lost my train of thought for a couple weeks and would see stars easily if just sitting up from a chair. I am now being forced to get the 2nd shot by January 4th or have to produce a negative covid test weekly, not to mention cannot travel to Canada unless fully vaccinated. Does anyone have a suggestion? I was thinking about taking the J&J then being done with it. After going through what I did and hearing there are so many with similar instances, last thing I want is another Pfizer dose.
Hi all, I got my first Pfizer dose a week ago. I had a sore arm for a few days & headache not to bad.
Then on the fourth day my anxiety kicked in 100 times worse than normal. Since then I’ve had really bad anxiety attacks and palpitations off and on mostly in the evening/nights. Other symptoms being brain fog, a heavy head feeling/ headache, feeling of nausea, feeling of needing to go a number 2 & fatigue. I’m on day 6 hoping this passes soon. Also hoping I’m not this bad after my second dose. 🙁

I did not have heart palpitations since last one month. Went to a Neuro who gave tablets for nerve pain/anti depressant... took 1 on Sunday since then I have bad heart palpitations.
Now its little less bit still not gone completely. I'm wondering how is it that one tablet caused it to go crazy for so long. By now I qas hoping it will go back to normal as I stopped taking that tablet. Not sure if the side effect of the tablet is still there or the tablet has really caused some issue in my heart. I'm concerned.

I had my second dose of Pfizer about 5 weeks ago now, around 8am. It was about 5pm that day, that I began to experience the first dizziness symptoms. It was like the world moved/shifted all of a sudden. It got progressively worse throughout the afternoon. It has been there ever since.
I have had an MRI which came back fine, ECG, blood tests. Nothing there. Had an ENT appointment which also said nothing there. Though mind you, the appointment went for about 10 mins he just looked into my ears and that was it (something the GP had already done) - cost me $290 too!
I am 30yo female, otherwise no health issues. ADHD diagnosed about a year ago, but that's it. Healthy enough (not a buff, but go to the gym, go on walks, eat healthy etc.). No history of dizziness issues, although a long history of seasickness I suppose, but that's all I can think of. GP has pretty much said it could just be lingering inflammation from a virus, or stress. It couldn't possibly be the Pfizer, though it's a huge coincidence.
I have lost my independence. I essentially have to choose between relative brain function in the day versus physical activity. I am lucky to have a desk job, though it is getting exhausting travelling into the office each day when it feels like I'm constantly on a boat.

went to emerg. They did a chest x-ray and took blood. X-ray and bloodwork come back normal. They tell me they don't need to look any further because those 2 things are fine, and send me on my way. By the next morning the numbness in feet was above my ankles. Still having chest pain and pains in my head.almost a week later and I feel like crap. Now it has turned to pins and needles and is up to my knees. Hands are getting worse. Chest pains have become less frequent. Still having the shooting head pains. Still dizzy and losing balance. Now so tired and weak it's hard to do anything. I was totally healthy and fine before this damn vaccine. I am so angry right now. My boss thinks I'm crazy and it's all in my head. Won't listen to anything I tell him. He says he was fine after both shots so it is not the shot.
I am making a dr appointment in hopes that she will tell me not to get second dose. Scared to know what the second shot will do.
Did you do any tests for the chest pain? Visted a doctor or cardiologist for it?

Eeek. Not sure if I'm doing this right. No they have not done an ecg or anything. They telling me it is just anxiety. Mmmhmmm. Almost 3 weeks and still have chest pain, pins and needles now up to my hips and elbows. Left side of face now tingling. Still shooting pains in my head. Dr is going to send me for nerve tests. But they absolutely refuse to admit it was the vaccine.
