I've always been an anxious person but since all this began my anxiety has been off the charts. I've become a bit of a recluse because I get frustrated when I talk to people and they don't understand what I'm going through as outwardly I look ok.

I'm tired of people thinking I'm an antivaxer because I have experienced extreme Vax side effects and dare not get a second vax.

My moods are up and down. Sometimes I feel very positive I am going to get through this and recover 100% then I flip and feel very weepy and despondent when my symptoms flare up or something new pops up which it always seems to do.

I literally go through a roller coaster of emotions each day. It's a challenge to keep it together Infront of the kids so I don't worry them.

I find it cathartic to have a little cry when the kids are in school or asleep when it all gets to much.

I'm getting through this by taking each day as it comes. I've realised my recovery is not a race with myself or others so I no longer gauge my recovery time on that of others. I know I wil get there when i get there.

How are you feeling?

Every single word you wrote 100% applies to me too!! If you want to swap emails you can send me yours in a message and I will too. 🙂 forums can get a bit messy.

We went for this to be protected too, and now we are not only struggling, we won't be fully jabbed either. It's not ideal and who would want this outcome unless something went very wrong? It's frustrating.

I hate how unrelatable we are, it's a very lonely fight. Today has been terrible mood-wise because my arm flared up (I thought the arms were almost fully fine) but I do have a bug I think. It was only strong for a couple of hours instead of a whole morning like it used to, but after so long I have no energy left so even smaller spells are difficult.

I also go on a day by day basis but I can't help but notice how they are piling up on bad days. But at least there are better ones too.

Those of you who had insomnia, how did you cope? This is the hardest thing to get through for me. I just can’t seem to get a decent amount of rest any night.

Comes and goes still after 3 months. But less bad. I drink ginger tea for it. Yours might go away sooner. We are all different!

@tashley I have been lurking here for a while and just wanted to comment and hopefully provide some relief. Finding this forum was one of the best things that has happened to me since experiencing vaccine side effects. I took my first shot end of June 2021 and my second shot to be fully vaccinated end of July 2021. I have experienced all sorts of symptoms including muscle weakness, tingling and numbness, muscle pain, extreme fatigue, muscle twitching etc. I can definitely say that in the first month or two I was probably at the lowest possible point of my life. My wife forced me to go to a doctor who diagnosed me with anxiety. I also saw a neurologist who firmly agreed that I probably had some adverse inflammation in my body that was causing the side effects. He strongly believes that it will subside over time. Just to be safe, he did a nerve and muscle test and everything was fine. He also did an MRI scan on my brain (I have been extremely worried about that one) and he said everything looks great.
What I have tried to focus on that has helped me improve the most is staying active and positive. I still workout 2-3 times per week, go to work and grind it out, I have started a strict anti-inflammatory diet of healthy meats, berries, nuts, spinach, etc. I try to drink as much water as possible throughout the day and stick to one cup of coffee and some green tea in the morning. I also started taking vitamin B, zinc, and fish oil first thing every morning. Since I have done all of this, I have found that each week I get just a little bit better.  I started to get tinnitus about a month ago and was recommended to take lipo-flavonoid (found it on Amazon) and take that three times a day. The tinnitus is DEFINITELY going away!

I wanted to share all of this because I know where some of you are. I was there in the pits and I promise you that it gets better. Just focus on doing AS MUCH as you can to get yourself on track and better. The vitamins and eating better helped me so much. I hope that my story provides at least one person some relief. I won’t lie and say that I am completely better, as I feel I have some weird flare ups every now and then, but I am under 4 months from this thing and I am confident that if I just keep exercising, sweat this thing out, eat right, stay positive, and take my vitamins that it will eventually all go away.

Has anyone experienced one sided dry eye along with facial tingling. Dry eye came out of nowhere. Eye feels swollen.  Also tingling throughout arms and legs. It’s been over 6 weeks for me. Had a positive ANA and another blood test that could point to lupus but have no other symptoms.  Also have autoimmune thyroid that could explain ANA. Issues started a few days after covid booster. Had covid infection early 2020 as well. Worried!!!

Has anyone experienced back pain on right side midway up back as part of the Pfizer vaccine skin tingling side effects? Feels like source is deep inside body.

A couple of weeks after second Pfizer dose (August 25), I began experiencing dull back pain on right mid-back when I breath deep. I also began experiencing sharp one to two second skin surface pinch pains that bounced all over my body, mainly in the forearms to hands and calves to feet. The pains were not debilitating but more annoying and concerning. The pains would also affect random parts of my face to a lesser extent and upper legs. After two to three weeks of these symptoms, the symptoms transitioned to tingling in extremities - forearms/hands and calves/feet. Knuckles in left hand felt arthritic/sore. Elbows sometimes felt sore. Individual toes would hurt randomly. Tingling started affecting the surface of abdomen. All the while, the dull back pain would become more or less noticeable from day to day, as well as the general skin tingling. Spinal MRIs normal. Blood tests normal.

Earlier this week, tingling lessened by about 80% for a few days, but back pain and tingling came back yesterday. Coming up on 3 months since second vaccine shot.

Has anyone a cure for pain , twitching and eye floaters please

I read somewhere on the forum someone had some relative success reducing eye floaters by taking collagen supplements. Before starting anything that others have tried on the forum please do run it past a medical professional or pharmacist first before taking.

I’m having a flare up at week 15!  I’m so discouraged by this. I was doing well and feeling almost completely normal for about the last 3 weeks. Not sure what triggered the flare up ai that’s even more discouraging. Hoping it’s short lived and flare ups come less frequently.

@tashley I have all the symptoms you posted after the second moderna shot. I’m terrified. I am typing as I currently can’t sleep again. Everything hurts! Neck, back, spine, arms…it’s horrible!
