It’s great that people are seeing improvements come the 6 month markπŸ™ I’m at month 4 and last 2 days have been rough it feels like flare ups and my body goes crazy and takes days to calm down to a point where it’s tolerable! At the minute my body seems to be rejecting everything medicine and food. It’s weird that even by now I seem to have new weird feelings come, my heart palpitations seem to have calmed down but severe dizziness has cropped in to take it’s place πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ This is one journey I don’t wish to go on again feels like everyday is going to be my lastπŸ‘Ž Out of curiosity anyone else had the moderna and recovered? It seems to be the stronger mRNA vaccine so I’m hoping that isn’t going to make this road even longer πŸ˜”

Any improvements when you hit the 6 month mark?

Has anyone else developed bone pain/arthritis type pain after the vaccine?

As well as brainfog/affected vision, my old back pain has come back and I also have pain in my joints in my hands? Like an inflammatory reaction?

Any improvements lately?

Hello everyone, I suffer from hypothyroidism, I applied the vaccine on August 18, the next day I had "normal" symptoms, headache, chills, snot, etc. On August 25 in the morning I had a slight dizziness but I thought it was hunger, this dizziness was getting worse until 11 pm when I could not stand it anymore and I was crying out for an ambulance, they took me to the emergency room, they said it was not the vaccine that was an attack from vertigo but nothing to do with the vaccine, they gave me a day's disability, it took me about a week to recover, I went back to the office (I work) and everything was half good for that week, on Friday a song that I liked sounded I turned my head a lot and again the vertigo returned, they took me in a wheelchair to the house, I asked for vacations and in that month I tried to recover, I returned to the company and everything seemed to be improving on October 10 I felt so good who went to the pool and it was incredible, on Sunday I woke up fine but at night I got a horrible headache and on Monday again dizziness. 7 doctors have seen me but none accept that it was the vaccine, I have taken dimenhydrinate, betahistine, without success. Even dizzy I applied the second dose on November 18 and two weeks later the horrible dizziness worsened and again for the emergency room, today is my birthday and I am too sad, I am going to an alternative doctor, he has done acupuncture and if I have felt slight improvement. He tells me that it seems like a circulation problem between the ear and the brain that could cause inflammation.

Hey Moni, birthday wishes to you. May you recover soon and have a blast on every birthday you have from next year.

I know how it feels and we're all in this with you. Just keeping fingers crossed that this will be our last year of pain! Though nobody of us knows how and when will our lives get back to normal but, let just hope this year will be our year of total recovery.

I wish we'd had better things to say today but none of us have and we all had a lowkey Christmas and New Year celebrations too.

May Almighty Lord bless you with your health soon. I wish you a speedy recovery! Take care amd try to do something today that'll make you feel bit better.

Love and best wishes from me and the entire community!πŸ€πŸ€—

I know few of them had suggested recently that we all connect with each other on some external channel as well.

I think, it's time that we really think about it. We've been together since a long time now and you never know when you may need help from someone from this community.

Let's think of something everyone is comfortable with.

We all are really feeling low and might need each other's help at some point.

@hisrichess I've heard that intermediate fasting was also helpful in long covid - so this article makes sense. However, 2-4 fasting days is a bit more committal then intermediate fasting...

I had an annual test in Jul (before the jab) and the count was 6.43, and afyer the jab when up very high to 13.94.

Can u ask yr dr why it has gone up previousl?

When did u have the jab? And when did u take the blood test?

@floryeo ok I have another appointment on Monday so I will ask. I can tell you that I have no idea what my count was prior to the shot which was in June. I had blood work in September after the shot and he said all was normal except my white cell was elevated which was a sign that my body was fighting infection. Then blood work on December 9th was much higher and so he was concerned. He did blood work this last time on Dec 15 to double check and they are back to normal and no other abnormalities were found with the white cells. Again I will get those numbers next week.

Those of you that had brain fog, how long did it take you to get through it? Any supplements that may have helped?

I'm still going through it (second dose was 13 weeks ago), but I find Flonase and a bromelain/curcumin/quercetin supplement both provide relief. My theory is that the brain fog is caused by inflammation; the Flonase and supplement help to reduce that.

@yjjy I haven't tried the Cytokine Suppress yet, either. I had it in my Amazon cart a few times, but could never bring myself to order. I'm nervous about adding another supplement to my diet (as I'm already taking a multivitamin, CoQ10, Vitamin D3, bromelain/curcumin/quercetin, and a probiotic.) If ever I do try it, I will post here if it helps!

@medee I think exactly the same, especially because it is important to know that it could help us overcome this and give us support among all

Hi all,

Just read on another forum what helped for this person.

Had the first and only dose June 3rd. Started seeing my symptoms subside early December. Now I would say about 95% recovered with the occasional twitching in calves and other limbs. But the brain fog is gone, less hair loss, no depression and less anxiety. Probably has a lot to do with the diet i am keeping. Anti-inflammatory diet, Magnesium rich diet, Taking Vitamin B Complex, Turmeric and Vitamin D3 4000IU daily with a strong coffee in the morning. Just one cup of coffee in the morning cutting out caffeine has helped. Agree with the below post, no more boosters. It takes a long time for the body to come back to normal. Also almost forgot, intermittent fasting, 16-8 Window, crucial for body to recover as the body goes through a cleansing and recycling free radicals when you fast. If you can do it, go longer 18-6 or even 20-4. I will try and fast for 24hrs very soon. The body heals itself as it goes into survival mode. Research it. Good luck everyone.

@moonbeam

thank you for sharing, could you post the link perhaps to this other forum too, if you would be willing to share..

These types of success stories give hope, and this is probably something that we all desperately need. Intermittent fasting seems to be a good idea, I have fasted in the past, so will try it in the upcoming days. Heard something about this fast mimicking diet, dont know yet if its just a fad or something legit, will have to look into it a bit more but intermittent fasting is a good idea to try.

ps, totally unrelated, started reading this book lately - the comfort book, a good read in dire times.

I had another IgG S-RBD (spike receptor binding domain) antibody test this morning, and already have the results.  That gives me three real data points, which gives me good confidence on the estimates.

The first three are real (i.e. blood tests) measurements, and the rest are estimates based on the decline. A value of 50 here in my lab is the cutoff from a negative antibody test, i.e. you don't really have any left.  I'll hit that likely in the second week of May.

If I extrapolate in the other direction, by antibodies were probably 9,000 in July of 2021 when I had my shot.

20-Dec-21 567 Real
28-Dec-21 504 Real
05-Jan-22 438 Real
13-Jan-22 381.06 Estimated
21-Jan-22 331.52 Estimated
29-Jan-22 288.42 Estimated
06-Feb-22 250.93 Estimated
14-Feb-22 218.31 Estimated
22-Feb-22 189.93 Estimated
02-Mar-22 165.24 Estimated
10-Mar-22 143.76 Estimated
18-Mar-22 125.07 Estimated
26-Mar-22 108.81 Estimated
03-Apr-22 94.66 Estimated
11-Apr-22 82.36 Estimated
