4 months on from the Pfizer jab. Symptoms of tingling and numbness in feet and hands as well as lips and face. These were at their worse after around 8 - 10 weeks and then slowly improved although waxing and waneing somewhat. Now got a bad cold though and the symptoms have returned. Hoping they will subside once the cold has gone.

The one underlying symptom that has been consistent throughout is a fuzzy, fluttering, palpitating feeling around the heart, particularly at night. My pulse is strong and rock solid so this is something peripheral. Has anyone else had this?

Definitely no more Pfizer for me.

@marieski858 Can you please post more details about that program you refer to? I've never heard about that, what is it about?

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your response and your support!

How are you doing these days? Did the fingers twitching stop by any chance?

Hi Marco

Thanks for reaching out.

Still got the twitching in the fingers (and toes more recently) so I think we're in the same boat here 🙂

Shakes in the hands have reduced though and internal tremor more or less gone. Still get some twitching at night in my muscles randomly but way better than I was 6 weeks in. I'm just over 4 months by the way. I'm thinking/hoping at this rate it should be gone in a couple of months but who knows...

How about you, how are your symptoms? How many months are you at?

All the best.

Andy

@marconeg One other thing. I recently started taking a B12 supplement (500mcg) after reading a post online. I was taking standard multi-vitamins (which had B12 etc in it) before but switched to B-12 Methyl (sublingual) as it's a more natural form and better absorbed by the body apparently. Thought process here was to give the the nervous system a wee helping hand. I feel it's helped with the shakes. Could just be time of course but thought I'd mention it in case you're still suffering.

Cheers

Andy

@andy2022

Thank you Andy for your responses, and your tips! Glad to hear you feel like you are on the road to recovery!

I am 9 months in...

No shaking or tremors for me, it has not really been a symptom I experienced (except once).

I also feel I am better, and my symptoms are wearing off, but to be honest I have said that maybe 4 times since I got my first jab in June 2021. But I feel it is coming in cycles, with each cycle being better than the ones before (not always though).

Fyi, I was at my worse from mid-August to .... hmmmm.... mid-October let's say. And I was feeling completely recovered in January, but it came back in Feb.

I might be wrong but I feel that my anxiety towards this, my quality of sleep, and my diet have direct effects on my symptoms.

I started intermittent fasting recently and feel good about it. Mostly, I am trying to avoid food that can cause inflammation in the body such as sugar (mostly processed stuff!), gluten, dairy (I am in the South of France, imagine how painful it is to not eat cheese 😆 ), alcohol.

Also, I am making sure I have lots of leafy greens, cruciferous veggies (e.g. kale, cabbage, bok-choy), garlic, asparagus, artichokes, ginger, turmeric in my diet. All of those have detox, anti-inflammatory effects on your body.

If you are not familiar with all of this, I highly recommend you to do your own research with Dr. Berg, Dr. Jason Fung, or Dr. Terry Wahls. I really feel better since I started following their diet advice.

Keep in touch, and I hope one day we will feel like our "normal selves" for good!

I have a chronic cough after the vax. Anyone have luck with relieving their cough with something?

@jtranger I know that there are natural cough things that really help. I have taken one for bronchitis.
