@paeezan re the dry mouth and eyes, have a look at Sjogren syndrome. It will take time but may dissipate. Blood tests indicating antinuclear antibodies showing positive is an indicator. This is an autoimmune disorder which can be caused by vaccine reaction.  Maybe raise with your doctor and don’t ignore.

What auto-immune disorder do u have?

I have a positive ANA but dr could no identify what auto-immune it is.

@thisisk Hello,

Yes I am pretty much symptom free! Doing the DNRS program to retrain my brain out of fight or flight lessened all of my symptoms immediately.

I am also working with a functional medicine doctor for extra support with  my gut health, detoxing and overall body support using Cellcore brand supplements which have been very helpful

I urge any still suffering to find a Cellcore practitioner and start DNRS!

@agnieszka So sorry for the late reply!

I started the DNRS “Dynamic Neural Retraining System” by Annie Hopper to retrain the body and brain out of Limbic system impairment which is often a cause of mystery symptoms (like post vaccine and long Covid symptoms)

The brain can be injured from toxins, vaccines, physical and/or emotional stress and triggers leading to dysfunction of body systems and many debilitating symptoms that seem to have no cause but are very real

The program uses exercises to retrain your brain and uses neuro plasticity to get the brain out of fight or flight and normalizes the body functions that are out of whack (Immune system, detox pathways, adrenals, anxiety, digestion etc)

Everything starts in the brain, so by retraining your brain your body can heal and our mystery symptoms disappear

It has worked for me wonderfully and there are many testimonials on YouTube of people who have been completely healed from chronic illness, anxiety etc etc

Do it! It works! Xoxo

4 months on from the Pfizer jab. Symptoms of tingling and numbness in feet and hands as well as lips and face. These were at their worse after around 8 - 10 weeks and then slowly improved although waxing and waneing somewhat. Now got a bad cold though and the symptoms have returned. Hoping they will subside once the cold has gone.

The one underlying symptom that has been consistent throughout is a fuzzy, fluttering, palpitating feeling around the heart, particularly at night. My pulse is strong and rock solid so this is something peripheral. Has anyone else had this?

Definitely no more Pfizer for me.

How many jabs have you had?  I am 11 weeks post 3rd Pfizer and main symptoms are numbness in feet, pins and needles in feet, hands legs and sometimes in head.....

after 60 days of 3rd jab, anytime I sleep (afternoon or night) I wake up after 1 hour with stiff and painfu hand tendons and finger joints and jerky finger movement.
Pain is traveling through whole joints, muscles and tendons of the body.

I did all rheumatology and blood test. Nothing was found. My orthopedist referred me to neurologist whom the first appointment time is 6 months later.

I found out that most doctors do not know what to do with post vaccinHi do you have any tingling, pins and needlese symptoms and the only way they think maybe can be helpful is reducing patients' stress by ignoring the symptoms.
So,
I would APPRECIATE it if anyone send me any treatment that has found helpful to: [email protected].

Hi there I am also about 90 days post 3rd Pfizer.  WHen did yo ustart getting the symptoms?  Do you have any pins and needles, tingling in feet and hands as well?

@andy2022 Hi Andy,

Thank you for your private message. I seem to not be able to write a private message so I do it here.

How are you? Doing better? I really recommend you to try Intermittent Fasting and to go on a cruciferous veggies diet as often as you can. I feel really better honestly! If you can, try to hit the sauna, and/or to do cold water bath in the ocean!

I hope you are doing well my friend!

Marco

Hi Marco

Great to hear from you. I'm doing quite well just now thanks, I feel I'm getting close to a full recovery and I'm even back running again.

Thanks for the suggestions! Delighted to hear you're feeling well. I feel we'll all get back to where we were it's just the time will vary per person.

Take care.

Andy

@andy2022 Great to hear you feel better! It must be a blast to be back to running!

Any tips to share about your boulevard to recovery? Did you eat (or not eat) or do (or not do) anything special?

Have a great weekend!

Marco

Nothing too much to add from previous posts to be honest, I feel I'm around 90% recovery. Been taking the usual supplements (Vit B, D, Magnesium, Turmeric etc). Also been taking an anti-histamine every morning - I have allergies at this time of the year anyway. I think they have helped a little but time has been the main healer I feel.

I can even manage a couple of beers or glasses of wine now, I am delighted to say! Typically alcohol made my symptoms worse for some reason, which is unfortunate as if there was ever a time I needed alcohol in my life it's been the last 5 months lol 🙂

Take care

Andy
