Hey everyone, I haven't been on in a couple of months, but wanted to let everyone know what has happened with my symptoms. After thinking everything was tapering off I tested positive for covid March 1 and it was pretty awful for 2 straight weeks. Now I have a flood of symptoms again. Went to the cardiologist and he said my heart feeling weird is pericarditis (I had this also after the VX). But on top of that, the tingling and numbness is back, the vision problems, random nerve pains, ringing in my ears and muscle weakness. I just think its so odd that I had the same issues after the VX and now again after Covid. Anyone else experience a relapse? Did it get better? I am on so many supplements and vitamins and I am starting a detox this week that I found on an IG account (medical medium-he has all sorts of detoxes for things like this). I attached something I found on his site, it describes my symptoms to a T..seems like this could all be severe inflammation which scares me. I will take any suggestions, I want to feel like myself again so bad. I have two babies under 3 and this just wipes me out.

Hello, how are you feeling? Did the pericarditis go away? Hopefully yes! Thank you!

@philroy I’ve only had the first two doses of Pfizer. I’ve spoken to others who have flare ups every now and then. It’s possible that something is triggering them.

@sudek98 I got worse after the third dose. Then I caught Covid 12 weeks later and got worse again.  Now I am nearly 100% better.

@philroy I have question about ALA, is that Alpha Linolenic Acid or Alpha Lipoic Acid?

Hi all,

I’ve been double vaccinated for 4 months now. Initial symptoms included tingling, buzzing and burning sensations throughout my body. I’ve gone through some horrible times and I’m so glad that they’re over now, however I still haven’t fully recovered.

I’ve recently been dealing with cold sensations in certain parts of my body, such a inner thighs, forearms, breasts and the roof of my mouth. For example, when I feel the roof of my mouth with my tongue, it feels cold but when I touch it with my fingers, it feels normal. I’ve asked my partner to feel my arms and such and he says that they feel the same as the other parts of my body. At this point I feel like I’m losing my mind.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced something similar. I’m really dreading going to the doctors because they have all blamed it on anxiety, so definitely not excited to hear the same answer for the 3rd time.

@rastin Alpha Lipoic Acid. I have been taking it now for five weeks – 1200 mg per day. 600 in the morning 600 in the evening. My neurologist recommended it for my tingling, numbness. It has helped to reduce the symptoms although I still have numbness inside my feet and in ankles. I am 7 months since my Covid vaccine. I have had every test in the book and nothing significant found. I am still scheduled to have skin biopsy to test for small nerve neuropathy in July.

I would love to see this go through

@tone Hey, I actually haven’t taken a single thing or changed anything in my diet. Which symptoms do you currently have?

Here is my experience with COVID-19 Vax and its adverse reaction (Tingling and numbness in feet):

  • I was super active, practicing for Tri-Athlon ( Swimming, Running, Road Biking)
  • I decided to get vaxed and help my country to stop the spread as the public health experts recommended!
  • Pfizer 1 & 2
  • Felt Numbness in Hand , went away after 1 month
  • Felt Tingling, Burn Sensation on both feet  (Left feet 6 month, Right foot Still going)
    • Mostly in evening specially every night after 7:30 till I go to sleep!
    • Right foot after 6 months got 90% better
    • Left foot 5% better
    • After six months I feel super cold on my right foot in morning, night same as before
    • After 10 month Left foot still 95% and right foot 10% healed
  • After first week of sensation went to my MD
    • Done 20+ different tests mostly blood, B12, Kidney, Liver, HIV!,... everything was normal even Cholesterol, Triglyceride  , and blood sugar
  • After 3 months wen to Neurologist
    • Done 10+ tests including poisons in my blood like mercury and others
    • Checked for MS, it wasn't MS
    • They Diagnosis was 100% SFN (Small Fiber Nephropathy)
    • Prescribtions:
      • B12 2000 mg
      • Gabapentin   : I asked to ignore this because of the side effects ( 1 A4 paper lists ....)
  • Because my Adverse reactions to Covid-19 Vax, I convinced them it is not safe for me to take the 3rd Vax, so I ignored it
  • Vitamins and Minerals I am Taking :
    • B12 2000 mg (MethylClobamin)
    • NAC 600
    • Omega3  Fish Oil 5000 mg
    • D3 50 mcg
    • Alpha Liopic Acid ALA 500 mg ( I started recently, after reading comments here and there)
    • Ginko Biloba 120 mg
    • Multivitamin
  •  Diet
    • Never had white flour ( since 10 years ago) so continued the same
    • Reduced whole wheat ( I love Whole wheat breads) because of gluten
    • Nuts ( Walnut, Pecan, Almond , Cashew, ...)
    • Stopped Orange and Tangerine
    • More Salmon + Vegetables
  •  Exercise & Activity
    • Stopped Biking
    • Stopped Running
    • Swimming
    • Weight Training

My Take away from Covid-19  vaccination and Vaccination in general:

  • I won't put any vaccine or medicine in my body unless I get documentation and affirmation from the producer and pharma company which let me to sue them in case of health problems and severe adverse reactions or side effects

Notice : These Meds and Vitamins not mentioned as recommendation however you are entitled to use them however consult with your Doctor. I don't have any responsibility about this content if you decide to use it
