@montydes Me too. I keep thinking it's gone away and then back it co,mes again - tingling in right legf and throughout the body and palpitations around but not actually in the heart. On the optimistic side though ( 18 months after my Pfizer booster) the severity is decreasing. It is notably though at its worse if I am tired or have eaten anything with sugar in it.

Very best wishes to everybody who is enduring this stuff. I'm not a particular conspiracy theorist but have just started reading Robert.F.Kennedy jnr's book 'The real Dr. Fauci'. My scepticism about Big Pharma is off the scale.

@chesca17 Hi there are so many posts on this site where I want to reply but I'd be spending all my days responding so I have to limit myself.  Had to reply to this though as I totally relate to the onset of these  type of   tingling and burning  nerve issues all on my left hand side though.  After my first Pfizer  in Feb 2021 I had one set of  symptoms, mainly tinnitus, visual disturbance, head pressure, vertigo and cronic fatigue - Then things died down towards the end of  the year but didn't ever totally disappear - However  I was asymptomatic with covid  in March 2022 and everything flared up again with avengance and that's when the  terrible tingling, fizzing,  burning, numbness  spreading from head to toe on the left hand side started and has more or less continued for a year now, along with some other    horribel symptoms like heart pounding/racing  all night.... I have seen about 3 neurologists and one did two skin biopsys,  non  of which showed up anything... I was shocked as sometimes it feels my nerves are on fire and I've got MS or something.  They are going to do a nerve function test nexxt... won't be surprised  if that comes out normal as has every other scan and test I've had  run.  It's obvious that the medics are looking in the wrong places with all these  big fat 0's  that keep  coming out... It's shocking that so many people are experiencing similar type s of symptoms and there is no research from the people responsible for causing this around finding an answer to all this horrendous damage!

Playing Devils advocate here but if we were all suffering from Anxiety, why would it completely disappear for 2 months and then come back as in my case? Or is it common for anxiety to flare up and then disappear?. In my experience with anxiety this usually isn't the case? I'm on anti anxiety meds anyway which should haved treated the symptoms (if it is anxiety?). Bloody Dr's are useless and just want to prescribe anti depressants for everything!

In most cases, these symptoms tend to resolve on their own within a few weeks to a few months. It is important to seek medical attention to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment. Your healthcare provider may recommend a combination of treatments, which may include medication, physical therapy, or other interventions depending on the specific condition. Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins may help support overall health and wellness and may also provide some benefits for certain medical conditions. Meals you might eat are Mexican salad, sweet potato casserole, crock pot corned beef, or Orange chicken.

Hi guys,

I thought I would add this just in case I can help one person, as I wish I had known a few years back that this could be a contributor. When you’re next getting your bloods checked please check your B6 Levels. Especially if you’ve been on multivitamins or foods fortified with b-vitamins.

I experienced a reaction to the Pfizer vaccine similar to many of you and have been viewing this post and the replies on and off from the beginning. I have gotten a lot better and then had recent flare ups of neuropathy, tingling, trembling, anxiety for no real trigger I could pin-point (but I was talking a lot of vitamins at the time, especially b-vitamins). Other than these health symptoms life was good, unfortunately my health made it very hard to enjoy things. I felt like I was going crazy.

I then got all my bloods done and the only thing abnormal was my vitamin b6 levels (over double the max recommendation).I had stopped taking the vitamins a few weeks prior to the test. This sent me down a rabbit whole learning about vitamin b6 toxicity. I never knew it could be such a harmful thing….Did you know although they are “water soluble”some people cannot excrete them properly and they can build up to toxic levels in the blood causing a whole heap of crazy health issues (often starting as tingling and neuropathy!). There is a corresponding FB group with thousands of members taking about their experiences and the best way to heal. I am starting to feel a lot better after following some of these reccomendarions.

Again, this may not apply to everyone, but for some this could be the piece of the puzzle you are after. Good luck and how this helps in some way.

I am not aware of any USA lawsuits. But I’m not really all that in the loop in that regard. If I hear of any, I will pass it along to the group

Absolute facts. People have no clue here what they doing to themselfs by taking all this supplements and they still not getting rid of sympthoms.

I was in the same bin untill last week when I finally visited doctor. Long story short my tingling, pins and neddles started after vaccine, then I started using b12, magnesyum, vitamin c, but somehow I stopped using them 6 months ago beacuse I was on a long business trip so I really didn’t care about supplemente. At that time all my sympthoms are gone for 6 months and again start when I started using same supplemente. I didn’t know what is going on anymore..

I visit amazing doctor from Singapore and when I told him what I’m using and that I cannot get rid of sympthoms, he immedietely show me my daily usage of vitamins vs how much is suggested. Suggested is 1.2g versus 35g from Natura Made that I use everyday! In translation 34 grams and few hundred percent more! He told me right away that too much b vitamins no matter which b12, 6 or whatever directly can cause neurological issues which means pins neddles etc.

As soon next day I stop using them my sympthoms are 95% better, barely feel anything or nothing at all. We waiting for a complete blood test, arsenic etc. He assume is poisoning with vitamins so after one month we will know if needs to further or not but he told me that 99% this is issue which is already showing the great results.

He tested my nerves, vision and he told me there is not way it’s MS or anything related to that beacuese I have 0 sympthoms that can relate to that.

Anyway guys, go to doctor and wean of from this crap what you drinking beacuse those dosages are not normal, only doctor can prescribe you the right ammount of anything if you are in deficite.

@rastin I’m not sure if I am allowed to post external website links, however https://understandingb6toxicity.com/ outlines some of the recommended protocols and links this to scientific studies/data that you can read more into. The corresponding social media group is great too!

@dreamer92 I’m so sorry this happened to you and so glad you were able to get some answers and feel a lot better! What a great Dr to be able to identify what was going on. I am too feeling a lot better, and so much more positive that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

I am glad that you feeling better as well. I cannot I am still worried untill I see all results, but the process that my body showing by cutting off all the supplements already prooving that this is true.

Doctor was super amazing he kept me for more than an hour explaining the whole process and showing me in the book what does it mean to have overdosage of vitamins. I was living in the completely different world thinking that they should help, but in reverse they doing just a damage. He was explaining that some of the patient gone to some kind of deliriums by drinking too much of them..

I read all 164 pages over here and I saw that lots of the people drink 5, 6 supplements daily which is crazy. Only your blood test can proove are you missing something or not, and yes there is exact dosage how much you need to put in yourself beacuse every other things are pumped 30x more than it’s suggested.

The main thing that always has been is what you eat is how you feel. There is plenty of amazing food that can give your body what he needs, but I definitely agree that vaccine reaction was adverse for the most of us. I am curious to see my arsenic blood test what is going on with toxicity and metals

@dreamer92 please come back and share your results I’m seeing a functional medicine doctor as well I have hearing sensitivity and eye issues mainly on the left that are now getting worse since a year they were mild at first but now much worse after noise exposure and it’s weird how noise affects my eye muscles and focus it’s like it doesn’t want to work well with my right eye

she started me on mg gli at bedtime and coenzyme q10 once a day with food I’ve been on it for maybe two weeks now so I’m hoping to see some results by the 2-3 month mark. It’s very low doses the mg is 100mg at bedtime and the COq10 is 100mg daily with a meal…
