Hi Summer,. I would like to know if your tingling on your head gone by now ?

I got head tingling on the night of the first dose of Pfizer on 10Jul. Oh day 5 I sent to see a GP. But nothing conclusive.  I pushed my 2nd jab from 3rd week to 4th week and then to 6th week ( 21 Aug this Sunday).

Until now the tingling on my left scalp is still there. It has been changed in position but it is still on the left side close to ear.

I went to see GP two times and they arrange for Neurologist.  I will be going for mri scan next week and I have done  some standard Neuro related blood test includes iron  and  misc test.

I have pushed 2nd jab to 7th week to give me more time to decide while  waiting for my MRI result and blood test result.

It has been cooking to 6 weeks. Please let me know your current situation so that I can have a reference. .I took Pfizer but you have taken moderna but I can't find head tingling sensation cases reported from Pfizer yet.

Pls use the QUOTE option by replying to me pls.

Well, how are you feeling now? I have the same tingling issues in my head. It's been a month since I took my 1st jab. I have chest pain and nerves pain with some muscles twitches.

How about your MRI reports? All normal?

@lmkk  Gee I thought your doctor might do more for you in getting test or seeing a specialist like a neurologist my doctor has referred me to one but the appointment isn’t until February of next year  going to see if I can get an earlier appointment is your pain in your back burning or like a muscular pain? Do your pins and needles move randomly all over your body? That’s what’s been happening with me since the first Pfizer vaccine I was due for the second one but have been granted an exemption until my medical condition has been investigated

Different days I have different locations of pins and needles and intensity. But always constant never a break from it. Luckily it's improving.

My doctor is rubbish so I paid to go private and he wasn't much better.

I have since found out that 80% of Guillian Barre sufferers wil also have back pain and I strongly suspect this is my case also. I can't really figure out if it's muscular or skeletal it feels like the pain is coming from inside my lower spine.

Good luck with your appointments.

@lmkk how are you now'?

Hello thanks for asking after me.

I'm feeling about 60% better now I'm 3.5 months out from the first Pfizer vaccine.

I have good days and flare ups but on the whole I'm in a lot better place than I was initially. It felt like I would never recover at the beginning but I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

How are you doing?

I'm possibly another victim of the Pfizer vaccine..

Constant and really irritating buzzing (vibrations like a mobile going off) in my right shin area. 1hr on 30 mins off all day. It occasionally buzzes in other areas also but 99.9% shin..

I am 4.5 mths in and still buzzing. Oddly I can get 3-4 days almost buzz free then it comes back again..?!

I have been prescribed Gabapentin which doesnt appear to work, Im also on Citalopram and Amitryptiline for anxiety/sleep

I have also seen a Physio who thinks it's my sacroillic joint which is inflamed and pinching on a nerve?

I also get bladder spasms every 4 mths (pre vax) and urologist found nothing on MRI.

I've had numerous blood tests all come back normal - 4 MRI'! Pelvis, lumbar spine , head and neck ALL NORMAL!!

WTF is this constant buzzing? Neurologist said it's "benign" and it will go away but I'm ready to throw the towel in.. 🙁

@jkro I am 10 weeks post 2nd Moderna, still have tingling/numbness in fingers and big toe. My left thumb is the worst. My chest pain is much less than original, I also had major eye issues, my left eye looked like it was bleeding. I have also had bumps on the joints in my fingers looks like small cysts or something. Had a bad rash also.  Dr.s have no answers. Just keep referring me to specalists who say they have seen the same but that it should clear up in a few weeks. If anyone has any answers how to make the tingling/numbness go away please let me know (I was taking a shot with cayenne pepper/tumeric in orange juice which offered temp relief in the morning)..Open to suggestions.

This is the same thing I’m going through. It’s terrifying to say the least. I haven’t had a break from the weird tingling sensation either. I really hope it goes away for all of us soon.

i am also breastfeeding. Any way we could email each other and stay in touch. Seems like we are both dealing with the same stuff. Would be nice to be able to talk and have support through this.

It should subside for all of us. In the beginning it was so hard to believe it would get better for me I was in such a mess symptoms wise but time is slowly healing and I'm confident it will continue to do so.

Popping a couple of ibuprofen can weaken symptoms for me for a couple of hours as the relentless tingling is tiring but thankfully nowhere near as strong as it used to be.

Someone else has posted about little bumps occuring on the arms after her vaccine. Think they were diagnosed as lipomas. If you type in lipoma in the search bar any posts with it mentioned should come up so you can have a look at what she said as I can't recall the details.

Hi there. Your profile name made me laugh. You've come to the right place...were all buzzing here!

Check out the link. Sounds like you have a GBS variant... don't worry it goes away eventually it just takes a while for the body to repair itself. Given that you have buzz free days now you definitely sound on the mend.

I'm a buzzin an tinglin too!

Check out this website it's been really helpful in describing Guillian Barre syndrome which my doctor says I have a mild variant of.

Apparently it will most definitely go away but annoyingly it's gonna take a whole heap of time. I think that's what most of us on here are suffering from as we all have similar symptoms of pins and needles starting after our vaccines.

Guillian Barre has now been listed as a "rare" side affect of most of the covid vaccines in the UK. It appears not many doctors are aware of it or its symptoms and are just fobbing people off. At least having a name for my symptoms made me feel like I wasn't so crazy.

It's been very useful to read and more reassuring than my doctor has been. I will private message you my email. 🙂

In the past two months, I changed from a perfect heathy person to now someone living in great pain everyday. Muscle twitch, tinkling under skin all over the body, fatigue and cannot sleep for one minute. I am seeing psychiatrist and neurologist, both of them agreed that no sleep caused anxiety but all they can do is to give me anti anxiety pills. I got Pfizer vaccination in late July. I did not know I have bicuspid aortic valve and initially took some Chinese herbs that contain Ephedra. On the night of 8/29, I felt my heart was pulled by right leg and could not sleep the whole night. Then the next night I felt tinkling around my shoulder, itching down my throat to tummy and heart palpitations, with coughing. I started my journey with acupuncture and herbs with one of the top Chinese doctors in the Area. Itching, palpitations and coughing are gone now, but not the insomnia and tinkling, plus muscle twitch started three weeks ago. Now matter how tired I am, after I close my eye, my brain just does not get the message to sleep. I tried my best to not to take the pills (No one knows how many sleepless nights I tried). Now I am entirely relying on anti anxiety pill (which is not the cause of my insomnia) to sleep. In the morning the pill gave me headache, sleepiness and slow in thinking. The most miserable thing is no matter how sleepy I am, I close my eye but my brain cannot. I continued to lose weight and sometimes the pill does not trigger sleep. Everyday I felt like living in a dream. The neurologist has no clue why this is happening. My MRI, EMG are normal and so is my auto immune blood test

I went to ER last week again. My iron level is low now causing hemoglobins so low and I even have urine infection. My CSF protein is 59. But the neurologist said it is just slightly elevated

Sorry I do not have the energy to write more. I am feeling my energy leaving me day by day. Please, if anyone has any suggestions. Let me know.
