You only hear that people with our symptoms are getting better but never that someone is completely cured. Do you know people?
I am very scared that the side effects will stay forever:(

Just a quick update,

It’s been almost 4 months since my 1st Moderna vaccine when all my symptoms started. I can honestly say my symptoms are getting better little by little each day. I am still experiencing slight dizziness, visual disturbances, brain fog, mild anxiety, ear pressure/headaches and chest pain here and there. I really think our bodies will just need as much time as possible to heal and I’ve promised myself by 1 year I’ll be 100% back to normal. That sounds so long away but in a years time I know I’ll look back and I’ll see how much progress has been made. No more vaccines!! I think the Moderna was way too strong for a young woman like me, its done enough damage to my body. I do notice new or different symptoms pop up every so often but nothing that worries me as I know my body is trying it’s best to fight off this foreign substance. Ive been sleeping A LOT which I believe really helps the process. Our bodies are capable of so much! I have faith as long as I keep giving my body the ingredients it needs to heal. I’ve been keeping up on vitamins and natural supplements to help. I am grateful for every one of you that post on here for helping me feel like I am not alone in this and giving me the strength to keep pushing through. We’re in this together and I can’t wait to hear about everyone else’s progress as time goes on🙏🏼💪🏼 Stay strong!

@deedee I definitely get bloating and fullness after I eat. It’s very annoying, it usually subsides with a Tums.

Hi to all

Has been a while, hope everyone is hanging in there. Quick update from my side. 2nd pfizer shot in the beginning of July, symptoms started in the beginning of August out of nowhere. So up until now, have had dizziness and vision issues for a bit more than 4 months.. They come in waves.. I would have a good week or so, almost without any dizziness, high energy, very good mood and then out of nowhere, I would relapse. This week, I have had very severe symptoms, as if being drunk. Walking outside helps a bit, screens seem to make the symptoms worse. So today, feel like crap to be honest. But still hoping things will get better at some point and stay better. Have tried to pinpoint the triggers, nothing makes sense. Symptoms just come really randomly, out of thin air. I have an MRI scheduled for January, all tests have come back fine so far. Been taking tumeric, fish oil, you name it.. Pointless really..

So next steps for me are to start taking again antihistamines, pseudoephedrine,  some drugs my doctor prescribed me against dizziness, also have steroids sitting here on the shelf. So lets see, if anything helps. My GP thinks its an inner ear issue, neurologist is kind of unsure. I have started to suspect cyber sickness, but then again, I have been working with screens non stop for the past 15 years.. So in general, it all just doesnt make any sense.

stay well,

@bowie I am completely better.  I had the brain fog and dizziness after vaccine 2 that only lasted about 2 weeks in April.   I had no problem with vaccine 3 booster other than sore arm and fatigue for few days.  Hoping all get better soon.

Forgive me if it’s already been mentioned or setup, but, do you guys think it worthwhile we create a post that has things people have taken/tried that ease the side effects a bit?

I don’t know how many of you are familiar with discord but I would be happy to make one for us to all gather and chat in. It would be a lot easier to keep track of as well. Just an idea, I know I’m only new here so feel free to ignore haha

the past two days have been ALOT better for me. the tingling in my feet and hands are subsiding and overall the only thing i’ve really been dealing with is the dissociation with i ignore.

yesterday something scary happened that never has happened before and i need to know if anyone else has experienced this or might know what happened?

i was moving around alot, playing with my niece in the moment and also had just finished eating about 30 mins ago. i had beans, rice, peppers, chicken, pico de gallo and that’s it. i had stood up from my chair and on the left side of my body (not the side i got the shot) i felt a weird pressure in my throat/chest/neck. then i got a loud ringing and pressure in my ear and i got really dizzy and had to sit down. i breathed my way through it but it was so scary. i’ve never had anything like that happen before?

my dizziness and vertigo was only really bad when i first got my shot and that was for about a week or two. then they both subsided, lately i have been alot more dissociated, off balance and getting the rocky boat feeling when laying down.

THIS is an idea! I’m down to help with this, i use discord on the daily.

we could create a server and have the different symptoms for each and people could write what they’ve all used.

LETS DO IT.

Does anyone have info or theories on flare ups a.k.a. relapses? My second shot was 4/29 and while I had dizzyness, headaches, etc. for a couple months, it all went away for a couple months only to reappear in September. Since then my symptoms seem to be on and off almost weekly. 1 week I'll feel pretty good and the next not so much. This trend has continued to this day for the most part. Any info or thoughts on this is greatly appreciated.

Just gonna throw a wild suggestion here... have you considered SAD syndrome?( Seasonal affective disorder.) It normally begins around September as the shorter days begin. Shorter days = less sunshine = less vitamin D and happy hormones. It's a type of seasonal depression that lifts in spring when days get warmer and longer.

I use a special SAD lamp to keep depression at bay.

there are alot of people in this thread who were completely healed within a year tops. i’ve looked through so many, in total there’s 795 pages..some people got completely healed after 2-3 months. it really depends on what type of body you have, your already existing medical issues, what jab you got and how you’re doctoring it all.

on other platforms (reddit, facebook) people are completely healing themselves.

there’s definitely hope for everyone, including you and because you’re here with us in search of answers that’s more than enough proof you’ll get better in time. be patient, take each day one at a time and try not to think beyond the hours. it sounds hard, but it helps ALOT.

if you feel yourself getting overwhelmed in the moment of something. think about the way you’ve already fought through the days and even some things you’ve struggled through in life and remind yourself you’re strong and can do it.

Has anyone here developed abdominal pain and bloating after your vax??  I just started experiencing this 4 months post first P vax.  Coincidentally I have 4 other vaxxed friends that have started dealing with abdominal pain??

yeah i have this lol. i’m a tiny little person and for a second i thought i might be pregnant even thought i don’t have sex. i have bloating, diahrrea, i can feel my intestines breaking down things, stomach spasms and farting alot.

i drink alot of green tea to combat it because it’s well on abdominal issues, along with pineapple juice and blueberries. you should also try massaging your lower stomach sometimes to get rid of extra gas stored in there.

another thing i suggest is squatting a couple times a day. the way we sit on toilet irritates our lower systems and this causes abdominal issues. we’re supposed to actually squat, it aligns our upper body and lower body equally and allows for a easy flow of fluids/poop. so if you’re up for it i suggest trying this sometimes while using the bathroom and while not using the bathroom.

it’s helped me well.
