@lalak weird about the injection site pain for me. I didn’t have any initially and then in the last week I have had pain in the injection site snd Itching. I’m going to see an immunologist and I’m asking for steroids. My PCP wouldn’t give them either

Hi Rutha, I have definitely had changes in my vision after my first Moderna vaccine in mid August. My eye symptoms are a bit different than yours though. A couple weeks after vax, I had sudden blurriness in my right eye, flashy vision, light sensitivity and lately I have this strained feeling on my eyes when I move them and my right eye will start to itch. The weird part is that my symptoms tend to be on and off. Sometimes when I’m keeping busy outside or at work, I feel like my eyesight has cleared up, no problems, then minutes or hours later, I’m back with the blurriness. I did have double vision and dizziness like a month after my shot and it was so bad at night I couldn’t even drive. I have not experienced the double vision or dizziness like that again thankfully. Anyways, I saw my ophthalmologist in October and she told me she did not see any concerns regarding vision threatening diseases. I also feel like I have visual snow sometimes and increased floaters here and there. I’ve always had mild floaters though so I don’t get too concerned about that. But my floaters have been more noticeable these days. I’m going to revisit my eye doctor later this month if my vision doesn’t start to improve. I’m hoping maybe some cortosteroid eye drops will help. I can’t help but think this is all due to ongoing inflammation. I’m wondering if anyone else has had weird symptoms with their eyes or vision. Oh yes (see attached) after my 2nd vax! I had a smaller one in the same eye about two months earlier, also after my 2nd vax. They are healed now but it took months and caused severe blurriness. I've written about all my eye issues here but they are slowly getting better...very scary!!

@lindsay I've had similar feelings of Itching or pin pricks as you say. I didn't have sweating though - just a flushing cruddy feeling. I'm almost 6 months past 2nd Moderna shot. Symptoms are better but not gone and I get some bad flare ups still too. Regarding the tingling feeling (I think you said you have this). Does this come and go, or constant? If it comes and goes, did your Dr. tell you why it comes and goes?

@jpgdubgmail-com my Itching would come and go in different areas of my body. Mainly my arms, legs and head. Sometimes like a full on itch but sometimes like a pin prick type feeling or crawling skin. It was not constant, but would show up sporadically. I had no flushing, but did have periods of excess sweating and clammy feet and hands.

@beeaydee I had a flare up today as well. Not sure why. It's very hot where I am. Maybe that's the reason. Not sure though. Remind me. What exactly is your pain? Mine has to do with tingling/electric shock type feelings on my skin, and also heat flush and Itching. Is this what you experience? Also, do you take anything at night to help you sleep?
