Its been a while since I lasted posted. Months probably. I had a few weeks/months where I felt so much better and the numbness receded a bit. I have it in my left leg, left hand, right hand & twitching throughout including my face/lips. I still have not found any answer as to why. Why it goes and comes back full force or why I even have this. I have tried so many supplements & see no difference. I just began taking a cbd oil the last two weeks and do notice a change in my tingling/numbness when I do take it. But once it wears off it’s back again.
the last two weeks the dizziness and facial numbness & fullness it head/ears has come back. Not sure what’s causing it.
it’s been 7 months for me.
@buzzgirl i havent tried NAC yet but have heard alot about it. I will definitely order some. What kind of symptoms are you experiencing?
Hi my wife has had a myriad of symptoms since the first dose of pfizer 2 months ago....tingling, numbness, heart palpitations, anxiety/panic, headaches among them. Completely debilitating and unable to work- mostly bedridden.
Diagnosis may be mild guilliane barre, or more recently, we're thinking its POTS. Has anyone had the POTS (increased heart rate upon standing) dissipate as time has gone on? What can help to relieve/improve symptoms. Anything that would give us hope/information is useful and much appreciated. You can also email me on markhansen1983 @ hotmail . com
Hi all. It’s been about a week since I’ve been treating my adverse symptoms to my J&J shot. I’ve had the vaccine for a month and have been experiencing pins and needles, numbness, tinnitus, restlessness, and anxiety.
To treat my symptoms, I have started taking anti inflammatory supplements as well as some anxiety management. I am taking glucosamine with chondroitin and MCM as well as Omega-3 fish oil and I want to just say this is already doing WONDERS for my numbness and pins and needles. The discomfort from 1-10 was a solid 8 but I can say confidently I’m at about a 3. The tinnitus is coming and going, and I’ve been doing a couple exercises in AM to reduce comfort. I’m adding turmeric in starting this week and also drinking as much water as possible.
The improvements are happening a lot faster than I anticipated and I’m shocked to say the least - I encourage anyone experiencing the muscle and joint paint to get the supplements. They generally are said to start working after 4 weeks but I’m getting fast results. My mental is better than usual as well thanks to it.
Will update again in a week. Stay strong everyone!
@markhansen1983 hi, has she tried antihistamine? & high dose vit c. The jabs are causing histamine release reactions… tingling, anxiety etc all symptoms. I believe it can settle down, some of us take longer then others. Some only a few weeks & some 6-12 months .
Well, I saw my GP today and told her about the numbness, tingling and odd zinging sensations I have felt ever since my 4th covid pfizer vaccine (I am immunocompromised). She said it is definitely from the vaccine . It is peripheral, small fiber neuropathy and will fade eventually. About 1% of people experience this. (Lucky us!) I am taking B12, magnesium and Claritin and just trying to relax about it as stress makes it worse. She ordered some blood tests, but expects them all to be normal. Hang in there everyone. It will go away eventually as our bodies heal themselves.
Anyone here has swollen and painful joints?
My new symptoms swelling and painful joints and cracking sound in joints.
@jessm hi Jessm, I have just finished a course of 3 doses of 15mg Ivm over six days.
I took it with zinc, vitamin b12 and D3 and C everyday as well. For me it has worked quiet well for the tingling and numbness. At the moment it seems just my toes and finger tips are numb at tingly instead of my whole hands and feet. My brain fog is better as well. No improvement on my tinnitus or weakness. But I am happy that I tried it. Instead of feeling 50% , I now feel like 70% myself!
So thumbsup from me but I know it doesn't work for everyone..I had no side effects from it.
Hope this helps someone..

Forgot to mention NAC as well. 1000mg twice a day on empty stomach. This has helped me more than any other supplement I have taken. I am glad I found out about this one after first shot so had it on hand and started taking it a few days after my second shot. I think I would have been much worse if I didn't have this handy.
@gazzman that's great to know. I have ordered NAC so will start it as soon as it arrives. Hopefully it helps me and isn't too late as I am nearly 5 months into all of this.
An update at eight weeks out:
At the six week mark was the worst for me, but now it is getting better. However, I suffer most from an over active nervous system that translates into internal tremors and lip twitching. It still gets uncomfortable daily (and throughout the day) or every other day. But, my pins and needles, most numbness, muscles aches, other random twitches, etc have gone.
I take Curcumin, D, C, B, NAC, Calcium, and Magnesium. And, to tone down a flair I meditate for at least 20 minutes and work in a hot bath with a cold shower to settle down my nervous system. It’s work, but I get relief.
Today, I’m hoping my story helps someone who’s suffering too.
@djm-21 Hi. That's fantastic about your recovery. Great news!!
Do you mind sharing the actual dose/s of the supplements you took, when in the day etc? Also are you still taking any?
Thanks
@gazzman Thanks for sharing. Can you please update us in a week or so to understand if the improvement of the ivermectin has worn off... Cheers
